The Cobalites were an alien species resembling the Earth panda. They were an aggressive species which considered even touching an act of war. They possessed only primitive technology, using bows and arrows for weapons. The Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble encountered them and after she petted one of them, they had to escaped in the TARDIS. One Cobalite who attempted to open the TARDIS door was trapped in the time stream when the TARDIS dematerialized. (IDW:Ground Control)
