Rachel Cooper

Rachel Cooper was the companion of an alternative Doctor. She met Elizabeth Klein in Hanger 14 of the Reich's moonbase. Her doctor got her aboard the base as a technician. She killed a Selachian in order to get its Transmat equipment to save herdelf and Sam Kirke. (BFA: The Architects of History)
