Rachel Cooper

Rachel Cooper was the companion of an alternative Doctor. She met Elizabeth Klein in Hangar 14 of the Reich's moonbase. Her Doctor got her into the base as a technician. She killed a Selachian to get its transmat equipment to save Sam Kirke and herself. (BFA: The Architects of History)
