Shaun was a friend of Craig Owens and a member of his pub league football team, the Kings Arms. (DW: The Lodger) By 2011, Shaun had married. One of his relatives gave him a stetson, which he passed onto Craig to give to the Eleventh Doctor, who took rather kindly to having a new hat. (DW: Closing Time)
