Forum:What's the focus on the Cyber-Controller page?
The lead and appearance section of Cyber-Controller seems to imply that the central subject is the one related to the Cyber-tombs of Telos, played by Michael Kilgarriff.
Then it includes bits for Evelyn Smythe and Craig Owens' conversions. So I must ask: is the page about the rank, or the singular figure with Real Time and Closing Time haphazardly tacked on? And, as John Lumic and Lisa Hallett hardly have separate pages for their Cyber-forms, should Evelyn?
What further confuses matters is, as far as I can tell, the cliffhanger ending of Real Time, where Evelyn is revealed to have the virus that turns her into the Cyber-Controller from that story, has never been resolved or explained. - Real Time has never been completed. It's one of those perennial questions about Big Finish. But now that we've finally crossed off, "Will Tom Baker ever do Big Finish", maybe one day they'll finish Real Time. But don't hold your breath.
- As for the main bulk of your question: Ugh. Cybermen. (Sorry, but they're one of the few parts of the database I've got to be really drunk to even look at. Maybe Tangerineduel or Mini-mitch has stronger opinions.)
