Hello, currently we are trying to establish the TARDIS Index File Doctor Who wiki as an independent and separate entity from wikipedia and therefore try to avoid copying large sections (such as the Plots of stories) from Wikipedia. Thanks. --Tangerineduel 16:09, December 12, 2009 (UTC)

Oh, it was nothing, I am a fan of Doctor Who, you know.

Naming conventions[[edit source]]

Hiya :) Thank you for creating the article Mr James McDermott. Please note, however, that we do not include people's titles (like Mr., Dr., etc.) in the name of the article itself. This not only keeps the article title shorter, but it helps to reduce confusion, as some people have been taught to place a period (full stop) after the title, and some people haven't. If I personally were looking for Mr James McDermott I would look for Mr. James McDermott. And as you can tell by the red link, I wouldn't find him. Thus, we always try to strip off titles and concentrate on the name itself: James McDermott. Thanks :) CzechOut | 17:30, March 27, 2010 (UTC)

Warning[[edit source]]

Please do not add plot summaries from sites such as the Doctor Who Reference Guide, this is considered plagiarism. --Tangerineduel 16:07, April 12, 2010 (UTC)
