Monan Host

The Monan Host were a time active faction in the universe.
Their temporal technology was, in some areas, even better than that of the Time Lords though they never managed to achieve dimensional transcendence. It was implied that they were allies of the Andromedans.
The Monan Host also made use of the mineral known as the Apocalypse Element which enabled time travel as essences from it can be manipulated telekinetically and in zero gravity. (DW: The Apocalypse Element)
