Bellal

Bellal was a member of a group of Exxilons which did not worship the Great City of the Exxilons. He assisted the Third Doctor in entering and destroying the City. He also saved the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith from the Daleks. He was friendly and helpful to the Doctor and survived his trip to the City and his encounter with the Daleks.
