Celia Fortunaté was a time traveller from the 45th century who travelled to the Needle. On the Needle her mind was edited by Whitenoise to make her believe she was a citizen of the Needle. Because of her origins, Nuane was able to interface with Whitenoise and exposed it to the entity Red. (AUDIO: Red)
