Clone batch

Clone batches were groups of cloned Sontarans. After being disgraced, Commander Strax served as a nurse to humans to restore the honour of his clone batch. (TV: A Good Man Goes to War)

Sontarans in a particular clone batch are presumably all cloned from the same template.
