Prapillus

Prapillus was an elderly Menoptera enslaved on Vortis. He and his daughter Hlynia rebelled against their Zarbi masters and aided the First Doctor and the Menoptra expedition led by Vrestin to overthrow the Animus. (TV: The Web Planet)
