The President of Great Britain was the leader of the People's Republic of Great Britain on a parallel Earth.
One President of Great Britain refused to approve John Lumic's Ultimate Upgrade plan, saying it was unethical and obscene. The President later attended Jackie Tyler's birthday party. Lumic sent the Cybermen to attack the guests at the party and then phoned the President. The President objected to Lumic's plan. After Lumic had terminated the call, the President tried to reason with the Cybermen and refused to be upgraded, the Cybermen then deleted him. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen) He was succeeded by Harriet Jones. (TV: Doomsday)
