Tullio was an Auton disguised as a member of the Counsel of Venice in ancient Venice. He, along with his fellow Auton college Franco, planned to kill the group's leader, the Cheif magistrate, but was stopped by the Eleventh Doctor's companions. (VG: Doctor Who: Worlds in Time)
