Brogan and Raintree were criminals who worked for Percival Ross. They killed Cherry and brought Lucy to Ross as the first subject for his hybridization experiments. They brought other children to him for transformation, and provided security for Tobias Breckinridge's factory. Brogan was shot and killed by Arthur Conan Doyle. (PROSE: Evolution)
