Richard Piers Rayner

Richard Piers Rayner is a comic artist who worked on Marvel Comics' Evening's Empire. He was later one of three artists on part one of IDW Publishing's Ripper's Curse.
His other work includes Swamp Thing and Neil Gaiman's Midnight Days. Rayner has also worked on writing Sonic the Hedgehog comics.
