According to the Commentaries on BBC 7, in original script Shadow Proclamation was supposed to consist of many more different species of aliens, including the Slitheen - but the scene was cut due to budget --213.52.212.129 16:49, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

That info can be put in a behind the scenes section but it can't be included as part of the in-universe article. --Tangerineduel 16:55, 30 June 2008 (UTC)

Time Active?[[edit source]]

Hi there, Is the Shadow Proclamation time active? Some sources seem to imply no(Stolen Earth), and some cases seem to saw yes(Fugitive). Does anyone know? 66.183.225.6 20:12, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Hungry Earth/Cold Blood[[edit source]]

I think there was a mention of the Shadow Proclamation here, something relating to being the last member of a species ? 187.112.22.92 14:36, August 8, 2010 (UTC)

I don't agree with the following statement :

The Shadow Proclamation existed for some time. The Doctor's TARDIS, considered by some to be thousands of years old, contained a dedication plaque stating it had been authorised for use by the Shadow Proclamation.

This plaque is only seen during the Dream Lord's hallucination occuring in the TARDIS, so it may actually not exist. Chapeltok 07:20, July 19, 2012 (UTC)

If such a plaque is seen in the dream tardis, it most likely exists in the real tardis as well, as the doctor didn't notice anything "wrong" about the room until the end of the episode.Thomsons Gazelle 00:42, January 21, 2013 (UTC)

Both of you are right. The fact that it was in a dream should be noted in the article, along with the question of whether it was in the real TARDIS or not. OS25 (talk to me, baby.) 01:10, January 21, 2013 (UTC)
