Lacaillan

The Lacaillans were blue humanoids with white hair, slender fingers, and delicate heads. Two of them, Myn Jareshth and Ia Jareshth, were almost caught breaking into the National Hurricane Center in Florida. Isaac Summerfield rescued them. Lacaillans "come in pairs." Myn Jareshth was rescued by the Lacaillan mothership, but Ia Jareshth was killed before the mothership could arrive. (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad)

Lacaillans had long legs and were noted for their grace. Apparently it rained all the time on the Lacaillan homeworld. (PROSE: So Vile a Sin)

Lacaillans were one of the species that lived on Ha'olam. Other species on that world sometimes dyed their hair white "to look fashionably alien." They believed that individuals were the sum of their possibilities, not their achievements. (PROSE: Seeing I)
