Doctor Who Magazine's 2013 issues spanned from issue 456 to issue 468 and were published every four weeks by Panini Comics.
Tom Spilsbury continued as editor of the magazine.
The new year sees a few tweaks to the design and a change in size for the magazine (slightly shorter but wider). Another change is a more prominant BBC logo on the top cover with the tag "celebrating 50 years of adventures in space and time!"
- Issue 456 presents a preview of 2013 and highlights to the 50th Anniversary celebration.
- Issue 457 presents in full the first part of a previously unpublished 1994 interview with Jon Pertwee talking frankly with reporters from a local newspaper.
