Vernon Dobtcheff (born 14 August 1934) played a War Lord scientist in the Doctor Who story The War Games. He also voiced Dadda Desaka in AUDIO: The Cradle of the Snake, Sibelius Crow in AUDIO: The Necropolis Express, Shamur in AUDIO: The Children of Seth and Professor Heinrich Schumann in AUDIO: Threshold.
