Epcot

EPCOT, or Experimental Prototype Community Of Tomorrow, is a theme park at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA on Earth. Donna Noble thought she was at the park when, in Pompeii, she read signs written in Latin that appeared to her in English, which is a possible reference to the World Showcase, which allows guests to visit various international pavilions (11 countries are represented, including the US, UK and Italy) and enjoy travel without language barriers. Facts

• Epcot was the second theme park after the Magic Kingdom to open at Disney World and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2012.
• Walt Disney originally intended it to be living quarters for Cast Members.

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Epcot.
