Bill Fraser

Bill Fraser (5 June 1908-5 September 1987) played General Grugger in the Doctor Who story Meglos and Bill Pollock in the K9 and Company story A Girl's Best Friend.
He agreed to play Grugger only if he could kick K9, which he would do in Part Three. According to Tom Baker on The Tom Baker Years, Fraser pointed out quite firmly to the production team: "If I don't kick the dog, I don't do the show!"
