Chloe Webber's father
"Chloe, I want to hurt you"
A man whos name is unknown fell in love with Trish Webber and had a child, Chloe Webber. He was a criminal and abused Trish and Chloe. When times were rough, Trish would sing Kookaburra Sits in an Old Gumtree and, to Chloe, everything bad seemed to dissapear. Eventually, he left Trish and Chloe. Chloe became possesed by a child Isolous and her drawings came to life. Chloe drew her father, who became an increasing threat to The Doctor and Rose Tyler, who were trying to free Chloe. When Rose helped the Isolous escape from Earth, her father came to hurt Trish and Chloe. Trish sung Kookaburra Sits in the Old Gumtree and Chloe's happiness caused her father to dissapear. It is unknown whether or not the real version of her father is still alive or not.
