Thin Purple Arc

The Thin Purple Arc was one of two epochs in the lives of the residents of the planet Fragrance.

History

It was the period of time roughly equivalent to human adolescence. It was followed by the Fragile Yellow Arc, the period of time spanning from falling in love to death. When the two arcs were put together, they formed a metaphorical circle, around which each person got to travel once in their lifetimes. People were said to make the journey from the Purple to the Yellow Arcs via the "Bridge of Love", or the moment at which love for one's partner was first declared.
