Peace treaty 5.4/cup/16 was an agreement that banned the use of teleportation. It was used in peaceful areas such as Platform One. (TV: The End of the World)

Due to the similar format, 5.4/Cup/16 is presumably a date in the same vein as 5.5/Apple/26.
