The Clockworks were a race of beings who kept the multiverse structured and orderly. (PROSE: The Blue Angel) The house of the Clockworks power was Saga City. (PROSE: Wildthyme Beyond!) They were ruled by a council. (AUDIO: The Iris Wildthyme Appreciation Society)

Biology

Biologically, the Clockworks were humanoids very similar to the Time Lords. Like the Gallifreyans, they had two hearts and could regenerate.

History

When the multiverse was young, the Clockworks were allies with the Sentients, the Modulars, the Recursives, the Binaries and many more species. (PROSE: Elementary, My Dear Sheila)

After Iris Wildthyme left the Obverse into the universe, the Clockworks followed her and remained on Hyspero for millennia while they waited for her to return to them. (PROSE: Wildthyme Beyond!)
