Whitey was a pale-white skinned humanoid. He was a driver on the Motorway in 5,000,000,053 and was surprised when the Tenth Doctor leaped through his car and out again. He was later surprised when the Motorway opened. (TV: Gridlock)

Behind the scenes

Although never stated on-screen, Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia states that he is human.
