One of the Shroud's psychic tenticals

The Shroud is a worm or eel like species that mainly dine on the emotion grief (PROSE: ).

Biology

The Shroud is described as a giant worm or eel like creature. The shroud can turn its body into a wormhole to travel from planet to planet. Once it starts to dine, The Shroud will send out psychic tentacles to go inside a victim's mind. First, the victim will see a person they loved who died in a stain or pattern that will soon then start criticizing them. Then, when The Shroud is strong enough, its links will appears in physical form as a woman with a blue vale with the face of that person's loved one. The Shroud will then form a psychic link with the victim by holding their hands and exploiting their grief, making them go through the 5 signs of grief. Once at acceptance, the victim will have no grief remaining in them and The Shroud will move on. With the grief removed, a new emotion will fill the space and take over. The main three observed are Wanters(jealousy), Rangers(anger), and Tremblers(fear). These effects can be reversed through much "therapy". This technique was developed by Wobblebottom and Flip Flop.
