Kizlet's tablet was a tablet that Kizlet owned, to control people to do different things. It could change conscience, paranoia, obedience, and IQ. It also brought all the workers (including Kizlet herself) back to normal, from the control of the Great Intelligence. (TV: The Bells of Saint John).
