International Electromatics

International Electromatics was a company founded by Tobias Vaughn on Earth. It was at one point the largest manufacturer of electronic equipment, their micro-monolithic circuits were present in almost all electronic equipment sold. When the Cybermen planned their invasion of Earth, they stuck a deal with Vaughn, that the world becomes cyber-occupated by means of micro-monolithic circuits placed in every piece of equiptment produced, and Vaughn would become its leader.
