Electromagnetic bomb

Mrs. Moore used an Electromagnetic pulse bomb against Cybermen. The device was designed to deactivate computers and effectively disabled a cyber-suit. However it also shut down the emotional inhibitor so the cyberman she struck died shortly after. This proves that the Cybermen are vulnerble to electrical weapons such as those used against them during the battle of Canary Wharf (DW: The Age of Steel)
