Lebenswelt was an Earth colony with vast wealth, due to various deals made with Galactinational companies. (PROSE: The Book of the Still). The death penalty exists on Lebenswelt, in the form of a dissolution chamber. A sure fire way to get the death penalty is via scavenging the likes of rubbish (Which on Lebenswelt, consists largely of precious metals and jewels.)
