Ssrongar
Ssrongar was an Ice Warrior war criminal allied with Lord Arakssor that was imprisoned by Geldar and the Seventh Doctor in Antarctica millions of years BC. An Ice Warrior trapped attacked the prison in an attempt to escape. This flooded the prison and trapped everyone beneath the ice for millions of years. In 2012, an archaeological expedition led by Lord Barset woke the Ice Warriors, who quickly took over the prison so they could alter the Earth's greenhouse gases with the sonic cannon, making it a "fortress" for Arakssor's men as humanity was wiped out.
When the Doctor activated Geldar's distress signal, the Martian commander, Red 0089, upon recognising Lord Arakssor, bombarded the prison from orbit, sentencing the rogue Ice Warriors that tried to escape to death. (AUDIO: Frozen Time)
