The Pied Piper's costume of red, yellow, and blue are the same as those worn by Odd Bob the Clown.
The Pied Piper is a legendary figure out of European folklore, said to steal children away from their families. He resurfaced in 2009 London, posing as Elijah Spellman, owner of Spellman's Magical Museum of the Circus, and focused on abducting children from the Ealing suburb of London.
