Harold Hussey was a crewman aboard the Mermaid. He was accidentally hypnotised by the Seventh Doctor, who was trying to calm Professor Burroughs, whose panicked splashing was attracting sharks. The hypnotised Hussey and Burroughs played quietly in the water until they were rescued. (PROSE: Of the Mermaid and Jupiter)
