Lohk

Lohk was a member of a green-skinned humanoid race. He led an army to invade Corbo, but they were defeated and killed by Ulla's devil-birds. The First Doctor found Lohk's broken sword, through which Lohk's commander contacted him and accused him of being Ulla. (PROSE: The Devil-Birds of Corbo)
