The Ten Galaxies were ruled by the Dominators and their Quark servants. (TV: The Dominators)

It was unknown how other known galaxies fit into this scheme except that in 1984, a group of Dominators attempted to invade Earth, located in the galaxy of Mutter's Spiral. (COMIC: The Fires Down Below)
