I noticed something in Matt Smith's Bob Dylan homage that made me think. At about 0:54 seconds, when it says "TO THE FANS", there's an image of some vampire fangs. Now it first seemed to be some sort of cheap pun, but could it be a clue to the next Doctor somehow? Especially since Matt would most definitely know who it is if he's already been cast.
