Alfred Mace was the 20th century human whose school mistress wife's last breath was stolen by the Night Travellers on 13 March 1911. According to the Hunstanton Chronicle, he "insisted that his dead wife could be brought back to life providing a certain flask could be found." (TV: From Out of the Rain)
