The Raymah was the leader of the galaxy in which an unnamed planet was located. Qar asked the Raymah for permission to massacre the Tryods which were living on mineral-rich lands. The Raymah sent his representative Asiries to report to Qar that permission was granted. However, the Raymah was later persuaded by Asiries to save the Tryods. (PROSE: The Word of Asiries)
