{{Feature/doc}} is a template that lets you enter a title, picture and lead paragraph so that they all can be formatted uniformly on a page in the transmat namespace.

Usage is straightforward.

{{feature
|title = title of article
|image = image name (just the name. No [['''file''': before or '''.jpg''' after)
|lead = lead paragraph
}}

Though it makes it somewhat easier to read if you break each variable onto its own line, it is useful to collapse the entire template onto one line. So, for example:

{feature|title=William Hartnell|image=HartnellHeadOn|lead='''William Hartnell''' was the first actor to play [[the Doctor]].}}

A barebones version for cutting and pasting in to articles is as follows:

{{feature|title=|image=|lead=}}
