Bob Dovie was an ordinary human being, resident of 59A, Barnsfield Crescent, in Totton Hampshire.
Biography
In an alternate timeline, on 23 November 1963, Dovie became a victim of the Master's plan to destroy the Doctor's TARDIS using a conceptual bomb, which turned his refusal to accept the possibility of the TARDIS into a reality. His wife, Jenny, and children, Kevin and Linda, were miniaturised by the Master.
All of this was averted when the Doctor changed the timeline, and Dovie was subsequently visited by each of the Time Lord's first eight incarnations in succession. (AUDIO: The Light at the End)
