Rename to Lister

I understand CzechOut's justification in creating the page as it is titled, however unless there is a DWU source that provides his first name it should be moved to Lister. A note in the behind the scenes section, much like this one can note that it's implied to be Joseph Lister. --Tangerineduel / talk 06:23, August 27, 2013 (UTC)

Polly clearly referred to him as Joseph Lister in The Moonbase (in episode 2, beginning on the 17:48 mark).

Polly: "Doctor, um, it wouldn't... I mean it couldn't possibly have anything to do with Lister, could it?"

The Doctor: "Lister?"

Polly: "Well, I mean you did say you took your degree in Glasgow in 1888. It does seem an awfully long time from now... 2070 or whenever it is."

The Doctor: "Polly, are you saying that I'm not confident to carry out these tests?"
