The Beast (The Impossible Planet)

'The Beast'was a powerful Demon from the last Universe, he had a great battle with The Disciples of the Light and lost, The Beast was imprisoned beneath the Disciples home planet, Krop Tor and ever since then he has spread his influence throughout the cosmos. all the Religions which have a Devil or Demon are correct in some way, although the most accurate one appears to be christianity. After being trapped for many Billions of years, the beast was revived from his slumber by a Human expedition who came to Krop Tor to find the power source which kept the Planet in a stable orbit. The Beast possesed Toby Zed the expert in extinct Languages and Writing Systems through the Text on the Notebook and the pottery, He had Toby kill another of the Base's crew by breaking one of the windows. the Beast, and those he posses's, can survive in a Vacuum for at least a few minutes. the Beast has powerful Telepatic abilities, can speak through Electronics and render a crude version of his face on Television screens. the Base's Ood were taken over through their basic Telepathy and they became The Legion of the Beast. it is not known weather the Beast is still alive as both the Beasts body and his Human host were destroyed when the Doctor shut down the Gravitational Field which kept Krop Tor in a stable orbit.
