Psychic energy is a type of energy that is purely psychic, being the force that powers mental processes. The Nestene Consciousness, for example, is a being of pure psychic energy (DW: Spearhead from Space) and Siralos is a planet made of pure psychic energy. (Destiny of the Doctors) Silverberg energy is present when there are signs of psychic energy. (EDA: Alien Bodies)
