Rupert Vansittart (born 1 January 1958) played General Asquith in the Doctor Who television story Aliens of London, along with a Slitheen disguised as Asquith in London and World War Three. He also portrayed Sepulchre in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Dead London.
