Dalek Sec is a Kaled From Skaro and is part of the Cult of Skaro. He is Assumed to Be the Leader of The Cult of Skaro.
Importance
It is unknown if he Died after the Battle of Canary Wharf and if the Cult of Skaro survived; since he went into a temporal emergancy shift. This may Cause a Two Parter in Series 3.
