The Doctor survived, so the whole Great Intelligence issue didn't happen, but since that's the case, did the Intelligence' s fate change? I mean, those 300 years of villains waiting bored over the planet, they killed the Doctor in a now alternate timeline, what happens about the whole Name of the Doctor episode?
