Meme (The Time of the Doctor) was a colonel aboard the Papal Mainframe. Serving under the Mother Superious Tasha Lem, she was present at the Siege of Trenzalore and the Mainframe's subsequent transition into the Church of the Silence. When the Daleks attacked the Mainframe, she was turned into a Dalek Puppet. After the Doctor's arrival, she announced that he had fallen into their trap. (TV: The Time of the Doctor)
