Markhan

Markhan was a planet that was infected with a plague by the Daleks as a prelude to their invasion, meaning the inhabitants were wiped out. The Seventh Doctor called the Markhan Genocide one of the Daleks' greatest atrocities. In an Alternate timeline (The Ripple Effect) where the Daleks were peaceful, about 200 years after Markhan was supposed to have been infected, a native of Markhan, Tulana, lived on Skaro.
