This image is used at tardis.wiki as a logo for the site. It probably does not contain copyrighted images. At least the majority of its image is user-created. It is licensed CC-BY-SA-NC-ND 3.0. That means you may redistribute it downstream, but you must give appropriate credit, but you cannot in any way use it to suggest that this wiki in any way endorses your product, service, or enterprise, whether profit-making or not. You may not use this image for commercial purposes.

In general, most images of the TARDIS that are seen here are derived from still photographs which were not owned by the British Broadcasting Corporation, but released as public domain images or under a CC-BY license.

One image that does appear on some older logos is the so-called "TARDIS device", a stylised image of the TARDIS that incorporates this letters D and W into a graphical representation of the TARDIS. This image is wholly owned by the BBC, and we have been trying to phase it out of our logos for this reason. Downstream users are hereby warned that there is likely no fair use rationale for our logos that incorporate this device, and they should not use them.

This video has been officially released by those who have the legal right to do so. This particular version of the video leads directly back to the official YouTube channel of whoever has the right to release it.
